My cousin in MI has the hyperemesis thing. Yea it's legit. He can't smoke anymore but rarely. It started about 2 years ago when he moved from a dry herb vape back to smoking from a bong. Didnt go away when he moved back either.

He cant smoke but infrequently now. If he smokes more then a couple days in a row he straight up sounds like he's dying when he get up outta bed every morning.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if it could be lethal. Ive seen people coming off heroine flopping around and moaning way less. For a bit i wa consuming those delta 8 legal edible things when i first moved back to TN, when i started smoking flower again i was still eating the legal delta edibles, and i had about a week of mild morning hypermesis symptoms, had to cold shower to get rid of it. Went away when i stopped mixing cannabinoids together that dont normally go together though fwiw.

i think how much of our concentrates that are synthetically manufactured (and often lied about) as well as careless heavy mixing of unstudied, not well understood cannabinoids with also often synthetic and often lied about terpines is what often leads to it. just a hunch though. Ill tell you right now half the dabs coming out of colorado and missouri dispensaries are just as manufactured, and no better then the ones that were in the indian smoke shops back home here in tennessee. Identical really. One of the shops here even showed me how most rec dispo and street wax is made, and i repeated it myself to good results... my posts about it are somewhere in the trainwreck
