I started this clone from a clipping about 2-3 months ago and have been growing it outdoors. I've topped it and have done LST. Is it normal for them to only have 1-3 fingers? Overall it seems very healthy and has been growing well. Everything ive researched said it should eventually grow more. Has anyone had experience with them only having 1-3 fingers throughout the life of the plant?

Happens from stress and also genetics. If the plant you took it from didn't grow like that, then it's probably something environmental. Light stress, root health (root bound) and nute imbalance can all trigger or contribute to varying degrees.

Ruderalis plants have 1-3 fingers from their genetics. There could be a distant cousin in the family that didn't become an autoflower.

Are there any nighttime light sources near the plant?

You probably put it out too early, and it flipped to flower! That can happen, even though it doesn’t show any flowers! I’ve had a few of them do that! They flipped to flower and then the long daylight lures them back to veg! With a healthy dose of re-veg limbo in between! Just two cents!

Was trying to figure out a light stress situation happening outdoors but you're right.. June is funky, the days run both directions lengthwise.
Someone should name this particular phenonemon "June-itis."

Who knows when the OP put it out! Could’ve been two months ago! But I’m sure you’ve seen all this reveg action going on! It’s almost reaching epidemic proportions, and rears its ugly head a lot around now! People don’t give the hours of light and dark nearly enough attention when growing photos! They worry about cold, heat, rain, drought, then get their ass kicked by light! Lol!

Ok that makes perfect sense. Now that I think about it, i think you are right about me putting it out too early. I know I have the date written down somewhere, if only I could fine it! Are there any major issues with them re vegging?

Delaying flower until November comes to mind

I'm actually glad you mentioned that because I do have a light in the back yard that needs to be addressed.

Premature flowering is a major issue! Hopefully she will just continue on back into a solid veg state and soldier on until her normal flowering starts probably in mid to late August like a normal plant depending on where you’re at! Reveg’s are unpredictable. You lose a lot of grow time when they are transitioning between flower and veg! Sometimes they pan out! Sometimes they wonk out! Nothing you can do about it now except wait and watch! and you want the grow area as close to pitch black as you can get it! Especially in flower! You don’t need to be attracting moths to your plants to lay eggs on them! caterpillars can be a major issue also!

Yes, it's normal early on, especially with clones or stressed plants—to have 1–3 finger leaves. As the plant matures and stays healthy, it should start producing 5+ finger leaves again. Sounds like you’re doing everything right, just give it time!
