Clones from hydro to cocoa core

I just transplanted my clones from our cloning machine to small pots with cocoa, and there’s white on the stems and some seem to not be growing so great, is this white powdery mildew? Or something else?

Yes thats black mold on the plants is Blight. Cannabis needs good ventilation.

Can it be treated, more air circulation?

Yes, more air circulation will help. Also, let the coco dry out a little between waterings when young.
