Here's a deep purple seedling rootball out of a shot glass solo cup. Haha I sure didn't pack that coco down enough but behold! This is my coco path!

You know whats up Eventhorizan. Gotta disregard the naysayers and forge your own way! Sometimes I think about trying out some rockwool floc. That stuff kicks ass.

Here's a Pure Afghan's roots out of a 16oz solo cup. I decided to cull it and make some room for the deep purple seedlings since they will be going into 16oz solos soon.

Even though the roots look good this pheno had some stem rot that it ran into early on in the roots organics coco before the transfer. It's funny how it goes from thick to think and back to thick if you dig deeper into the coco. I've monitored it closely. Although it stopped completely after the transfer I have decided it won't be able to easily support itself in the future even if it turned out to be female. So see yuh!

I had a few of my seedlings do that and I ended up making them clones before the tops got too weak. They all rooted so I got lucky

That's a pretty good way to go about it! I'll keep that in mind for the future. I'll be trying some coco clones out once the plants get a bit bigger and I start training them.

You just put outside clones right next to all your other babies without a two week timeout?

Hahahahaha! Lesson learned buddy. I just noticed that only the gorilla glue clones I brought in have started to develop PM and I got them almost 2 weeks ago. I quickly wiped the leaf with a wet paper towel to get rid of the spores for now. Considering my environment and the health of my other seedlings I believe these clones were already infected when I got them.

I think I'm going to toss them out because fighting PM is a terrible battle. Upon further inspection the leaf that had PM was also shiny as if it had been previously sprayed with a surfactant. Most likely an attempt to get the clones to look healthy until a couple weeks after the gardener receives them :( If you look closely the leaf I'm talking about is on the bottom left gorilla glue. From the bottom up it's the first fan leaf on the right. Notice the shine?

Fortunately my other babies are doing well and have resisted the outside infection from what I can tell so far.

This deadhead OG has thrown a preflower out. It's a girl!

I'm so happy it turned out female! It was the sole survivor of the lot after all.

Alright! I was planning to transplant these little feminized Deep Purple seedlings some days ago but I got lazy. No worries they have gone to their new homes today. Gave them .5EC(250ppm) at 5.8 pH and they are good to go.

Here are the root balls out of solo shot glass cups

Here's a full seedling shot

Here's a size comparison of their new home.

I did end up throwing the pm infected GG4's out. I don't want to deal with the hassle. Definitely happy I started all these seeds as they are guaranteed to be disease free.

I did take cuts off the tops though for my solo shot glass coco cloning experiment for fun before I tossed the main plants a couple days ago. So far they are looking good. I'm interested to see how localized PM is. Will it show up on these cuts which were taken from the very tops or are they free of infection because it's the newest growth? We shall see.

Alright finally got my tent up to spec! Currently running a 600w digilux MH for veg. The plants are doing well. Got some new additions to the garden. Chocolate Hashberry! Should be solid as these clones came from a well respected nursery unlike the last ones.

Pure Afghan's are chugging along. The one that naturally split itself into two tops is still looking great. One of the 3 phenos is sensitive to nutrients. Only getting 1.0EC and it's showing over fert signs so it's going back on the young seedling diet. So far I only like the double split. They haven't shown sex yet so we'll see.

Deep Purple seedlings are adapting well to the new coco. Gonna up their feed soon as they'll probably start getting hungry quite soon.

Deadhead OG is doing phenomenal. Pretty much picture perfect and it's a female!

Chocolate Hashberry's just got transplanted into fresh coco yesterday. They have perked up so things are looking good.

Right on gents!

Rh is sitting at 42%. A little low but no big deal. Temps are sitting around 72F at the moment.

Hahaha you know where I got the pot risers idea from Incognito ;). I had always been unhappy with my plants sitting in runoff. These make me feel safer. You're the man.

Let's not get carried away there haha. I'm in almost the same parameters in my tent now. I'm gonna try to get the rh up a little and I'm hoping my new bloom room will hold heat a little better

And me to brother. Says 10% under the lights, 30% on floor of tent and 30% in room. Was 10% in house but my shower got it up to 22% and slowly it has climbed to 30 as i have sucked in cool air from basement.. I cant seem to get my rh up! Thats why i should be veging under leds so as to take the heat out the equation, in return allowing my rh to build up. Then flower out with the hps's...

Just got home a bit ago and it's at about 37% now lol. Damn your house is dry! Can't say that's a bad thing though. I was thinking about lowering the speed on my exhaust fan. Maybe that could give the tent a chance to build up some humidity.
