I built a "chamber" just for this with intake and exhaust with pollen filters on it...my plan was set donor like u say 2 weeks ahead of female...spraying the donor all along...than just let them do there thing naturally...do u recommend collecting the pollen and applying it? Opposed to how i describe? Thank you for reply...looks about correct.. your strained water should start to resemble iced tea in a few days,,, spray everyday for two weeks before 12/12 bloom cycle then spray everyday until you start to see pollen saks should be two more weeks.. then feed bloom food until pollen saks open and start to release pollen. then carefully collect pollen , make sure there is no fans on blowing pollen around.

Ok thanks....other than pollen is there any reason not to leave pollenated girl with others in bloom? Other than the risk of others getting pollenated as well...is there any concerns as far as the pollen be contamanted by the CS? I have grown some clones for this purpose...i can habe the poleenating one in a seperate room but if i can save $ on elextric it would be a plus...i will keep things updates as I go for others to learn from my mistakes or progressionsi like to carefully collect the pollen and brush buds with a pollen filled paint brush
After i pollinate my girls i wait around two or three days (in order to make sure she's pregnant) then i'd spray her down with water right before i put her in the room with the rest of the non pregnant girls.. (Moisture from spray usually makes any loose pollen laying stems and on plant leaves non fertile).. As far as the reversed plant,,,Once you notice a considerable amount of pollen sacks, stop spray and feed only.. allow pollen sacks to open on there own time..Ok thanks....other than pollen is there any reason not to leave pollenated girl with others in bloom? I am doing in a sealed cabinet...Do you guys do this in your main flower room or build a little sealed cabinet with a cfl bulb? I need to finally do this before I lose my strain.
Whatcha got that special worhthy of saving?Do you guys do this in your main flower room or build a little sealed cabinet with a cfl bulb? I need to finally do this before I lose my strain.
Nothing that ultimately couldn't be re-sourced. Triangle Kush, OG Kush and Sour Diesel; but it wasn't exactly easy to find the real thing and when I play with breeding, if I ever get the space, these are the ones I wanna. Thanks allWhatcha got that special worhthy of saving?
once you pollinate your female in the 12/12 quarantine room, let her sit about 3-4 days , then spray down till she is drenched with water,,branches as well as the pot. once leaves are dry you can put your pregnant girl in the flower room with the rest of the regular girls.. just keep an i out for her so you know where she's at and watch her develop seedsWith a cfl...nit sure if i will leave the pollenated female in there for duration however...
