Well. You can adequately design. You can measure twice. You can build. You can check amperage. You can send in water tests and samples and custom tailor a water treatment station and nutrient delivery system accordingly. You can install water sensors, co2 sensors, and smoke alarms. You can seal the room and perfect the environment. You can wire cameras and controllers and link them to your phone... Only watch it burn to the ground

Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face and today a dear friend of mine and I got punched in the face, repeatedly.

RIP to the most advanced grow I ever built out.

Cheers to anyone else down and out. I only lost my masterpiece I consulted on. One of my best friends lost everything she owned.

I will never forget this feeling. The most tragic ending to a troubling and trying year.

There is absolutely no way 2022 can be as bad as 2021.

I'm in absolute shock right now.

U can always build another room as long as you and your family is breathing and safe ! It’s certainly hard but look for the good - be safe

Fuck man... I know what it's like to go through a fire. Lost everything in a house fire in 2015, still never fully recovered. It's one of the worst experience an individual can go through right up there with losing a parent or a sibling.

Don't turn away from the grief, it'll only prolong your suffering if you do. Allow the emotions to run over you and take each day as it is -- one day. With time, the sting will dissipate but the lessons learned (there will be lessons learned) will never leave you. My condolences for your loss. Fire is an atrociously unforgiving being.

Agreed. Small price to pay to be breathing.

My heart goes out to my friend and everyone who just lost all of their homes. We are grateful to be breathing.

No casualties reported yet, and I hope it stays that way.

This fire was a freak show of nature. Burning football fields of distance in seconds fueled by 100mph wind gusts. The devastation is unreal.

Then that makes me think of the tornadoes that ripped through the USA a few weeks ago and the life lost. It's an awkward feeling; being grateful after watching everything be destroyed.

What a shit show. Don't fuck with nature.

do you know of a red cross donation pool or a gofundme or anything like that? i would love to donate to helping all those affected. PM me if so, it's against the ToS to post such things publicly.

I work in a skilled nursing facility, and we had to evacuate the building. It was crazy driving home. So much destruction.
