colorado land? any ideas?

looking to buy some land in colorado to build a house and forget monthly payments. anyone have any good locations or connections let me know. ive looked in mostly southern/central colorado. thanks.

Stay away from the front range....Go west young man.....

I know some killer sites in and around Teller and Park County, ie 25 acres for $60-75,000. One already has a solar well. and many have great views of Pikes Peak. If you want 3 or 4 acres you can snatch up bare land around here for $20-30k.

Cities like Divide, Cripple Creek, Victor, Guffey, Florissant, Fairplay, Buena Vista, Hartsel. Some great places along the Arkansas River too.

Get some land and pop a travel trailer on it and build as you go. I know one spot with 27 acres, a solar well and a 28 foot Airstream trailer for $85k.

Get out of the Jungle and into the Hills, Brother! You will never be the same!

what about us dirty lil nasties loving the SOCo n its beautiful dust? LOL

Western Slope is lovely. Well the whole state but the dirty dirty south eastern quadrant is nice. Stay away from that part only filthy trash like me dare dwell here.....haunted by furious injun spirits prone to chaos....doubt you'll like it.....lands cheap though if ya love quiet rattlers n wind. Welcome....
