Several of the recipes I have seen suggest adding yeast extract in a transition tea. What type of yeast extract? I mean are we talking marmite here?

Brewers yeast is pe
you can use pretty much any edible yeast, yeast is there to help break down and make macro nutrients available. There are compost specific yeasts available from yr local grow store but most of it is brewers yeast, just don’t let it ferment! Lol
