Hello everyone, was wondering what this might be. Some of my fan leaves are developing a spotty discoloration. Some leaves more than others, some not at all. The plant is a Bruce Banner auto, nine weeks since planting, has been in flower for a good three-four weeks now. Growing in ProMix with Fix Farm nutrients. Thanks!!!

you missed the plants needs for calmag..
what your looking at is a calmag deficiency..

Thank you! Any specific product you might recommend? I just ordered this which contains some cal mag, but maybe not enough?

Thanks again, really appreciate it.

there’s probably enough in it.. looks to be strong stuff.. use a bit less than what it says..
what other nutrients you have? post a picture of them..

I've been using the Fox Farm trio of nutrients.

0B7DC45A 49E7 49F8 82C5 3CA13EA0B0E1

Last week's watering I skipped the "Grow Big" (6-4-4) and only used the Big Bloom (0-.5-.7) and Tiger Bloom (2-8-4)

These are the labels for each, I've stopped using the "Grow Big":

Use these two when I watered last week:

Hopefully the stuff I just ordered does the trick, due for a watering tomorrow.

G is 100% correct here / I want to add that it’s an auto flower and you could possibly lock out the cal. With over feeding other nutes ? Leaves look pretty green and glossy and they are clawing at the end tellls me you are probably over feeding ? Also your water source ? U using tap?

Are you using at 100% recommended dosage? If so cut to mayb 1/2

Now they did change my water content awhile back and I had to adjust - so don’t think it’s perfect - old growth new growth after adjustment.

I guess I should call up the local water board and find out what their analysis is saying. When I did a preliminary test on the water with my pen it was showing 20ppm. I just assumed it was essentially devoid of any real measureable minerals so cal/mag to the rescue!!!🙂

Also your water source ? U using tap?
Using delicious NYC tap water which I let sit out for 24hrs in a plastic gallon jug to dechlorinate before watering.

Are you using at 100% recommended dosage?
Yes, using 100% recommended dosages from the label. Three gallon fabric pot, when I water it takes about 3 quarts to saturate the medium. The instructions from the breeder said that it liked heavy feeding once in flower... Which is why I gave her full dosage last two waterings. I'll scale it back a bit when I water tomorrow.

Another solution....actual Cal/Mag!
lol, thank you! I bought the other stuff before getting my diagnosis, thankfully it had some too! Will also check this out.

i use the trio and almost never end up using full strength because for me will it usually burn them pretty well. those dosage amounts IMO are completely to make sure nutes are used more casually than needed to make you buy more.

on my photos i usually stop at 1/2-3/4 the listed amount on the bottles.

only thing i ever run out of or close to by end of grow is silica which i don't buy from FF ironically.

Should have the P-K and Cal Mag tomorrow, which is when I was due for a watering anyway. Should skip the FoxFarm altogether? Or continue using it, maybe reducing the dosage?

Thanks again everyone 🙏

Def possible ! That’s pretty low for city tap ? Mine high at about 280! Lol that’s why I cut it with filtered
