hey we might be able to identify the problem better with a better picture - there's glare coming every which way.

they don't seem to be doing very well in my opinion, might be lockout might be a few things but it's hard to narrow down only with a picture. i'd personally find some new seeds or clones and start some backups going asap if all of those top fan leaves are copper-yellow colored and you're a few weeks into bloom. idk it might be the light that makes them look copper-yellow on my screen. make your own post and ask questions and list your setup in that and you'll probably find some help. with a better lit picture or two i'll try to help and put in my 2c for whatever it's worth. good luck!

well my advice would be to fill a first trellis out fully then let them veg into a second one about 6-8" above the first trellis and then flip to 12/12 you can still weave them into the first and second trellis' and each gives support for buds as well as spreading the canopy. the second trellis is really helpful and there are cheap ones you can incorporate into a tent like you have or a grow room or you can craft reusable ones. my main point might've gotten lost in my trellis novella

I think you were on the right path and as you said didnt fill out screen 1 enough..
Screen 2 is just to support the heavy colas so they dont fall over and snap..
the key her is to keep tucking till day 14 in lower scrog,
then lollipop every thing that didnt make it to screen..
Put second net in with bigger squares like 6 inch to support the colas in week 8 and 9...

i've yet to have a plant stretch as much as i thought it would. is the canopy 12" deep across the whole canopy already? i'm loving having a 24" deep canopy with this run and my first one had about 20" both sans trellis and at the same stage in flower (post stretch, mid-late-final flower). the second one with the scrog i flipped when it had almost stretched into the single trellis and it barely finished filling the trellis at an even 6-8" deep canopy which i think is way too sparse. by the end of bloom it looked pretty barren
or maybe you did the scrog right but you had under performing plants that maybe genetically were not good for scrog, or you had issues that stole your yield during week 3 4 5 6 of bloom..
Just my opinion..

No but taking clones in flower is not the best... Its a last ditch effort...
Usually right befor flip unless its the top your cutting then you need 10 days to 2 weeks before flip..

hey don't worry about it man just give them all the love and attention they need. you've already got more canopy than i ended up with after the bloom stretch i'm just pontificating

Im a lil concerned with your advice that you are giving.
Did you compare what median you are using to his? Lights? Rh?
His skill and your skill?
Do you just blindly give advice with out knowing any of the variables?
What happens if he follows your advice,
but his stretches too far, and he gets branches up in the light?
He is 3 days into flower, if we put that plant back into veg,
would cause this plant to flip out for severa;l weeks!
Whitesnake said:
i used a trellis on my previous grow and it was great at spreading the canopy but i didn't let it grow into it as much as i'd have liked and my canopy was only 6-10" deep and i'm sure the thin canopy destroyed my yields. my first grow was 850w 25'sq yielding 17oz buds and 1.5oz kief, second grow was 1600w 45'sq and yielded 15oz marketable bud 1oz kief and about 4oz of snicklefritz. second grow was with the trellis.

long story short the next time i use a scrog trellis i'll stretch them into a first trellis and set up a second trellis about 6-8" above that and as soon as that second trellis is almost filled i'll flip into 12/12. just my experience with the trellis, that grow had PM and oversized pots and overdefoliation so it might've been all of those things lol. i've got a few pictures of the trellis from bloom week 1 - 6 on my last grow for reference if you want to check them out, i hope i learned from my experience lol.

this grow i'm not doing a trellis and letting them grow au natural- with some training in veg and early flower (bending, supercropping, and FIM where appropriate) until the buds start to drop the stems when i'll tie up the droppers (taut line hitch, i actually constructed my trellis using this knot and paracord i also hang my lights and secure any hanging thing with the taut line hitch and >75# paracord it's a simple knot but it slides AND locks wherever you leave it while remaining movable when pressure is applied to the knot itself. it has infinite uses in life and especially growing and boondocking, not people safe but absolutely item safe under 100# https://www.netknots.com/rope_knots/tautline-hitch) but i'm absolutely going to revisit scrogging soon and when i do i'm going to use 2 trellis' about 8" apart and flip when the second trellis starts to fill up

*edit fuck it i love bringing up old shit so here's the trellis
Well of course yours didnt work, your not doing it right..
You need to go watch some more youtube videos, because the youtube star you learned from taught you WRONG!
That is so far from scrogging that you might as well just used banboo stakes...

Dont for the life of me revert back to veg..
HOLY SHIT NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont mean to be a dick,
but this guy isnt been growing very long and with all due respect,
has no clue about scrogging,
and should not be on here giving advice...
Im sorry to u new guy if that seems a lil brash,
but I speak it how I live it,
and i could of went full hamhock,
but I didnt...

Stick around and watch Polar510 bring it home,
and maybe afterwards he can give you some pointers...
He is a good fella, and he will be more than happy to pull u up to his level!

Ya it's automated. Lol. I couldn't hand feed 3 times a day. Lol. Couldn't even handle once a day that's why I set up the drip. Lol.
Ya I'm gonna keep all the ratios the same and try to change as little as possible. I don't see any problems coming from it.

YA homie, you can switch...
If any problems just flush 3x pot size with 25% new nutes and you will reset the coco..
I missed your pics so u have to update me...

What's done is done sometimes the best way to learn is the hard way. Yeah I got ripped apart pretty quickly but it's a lesson you don't forget lol. On a serious note, the lesson I did learn is research your stuff before you go along with any crap someone tells you. And don't give people advice without making sure you know what you're talking about. @EventHorizan spotted my misinformed dialogue immediately and I will be forever grateful to him, and his medal is being processed and shall be posted from China shortly :D

Seriously though, don't use plain water on coco until flushing time.

So how you doing bro? I just tagged you up because we were having the coco class again :)
And you were another good fella that argued for a lil,
researched, found the truth,
and set you free...

So how is the girls doing?

The stretch is on and crackin. Haha. I took the top two fans of the main cola on the in ground and the 4 main colas on the Coco just to see how they react. Try to let the lowers catch up a little. Obviously not for lighting but to round them out a bit and keep them below the fence line

Can someone please explain to me the meaning of this. Of course I've researched it for myself and narrowed it down to either a nutrient deficiency, pH fluctuations, or root mold. There's no way in hell I can be certain.

ok break down what you got for median, what you have giving her..
Too me it looks like you overfertlized early on, then you had a lockout later..
I would cut every effected brown dead leaves off there asap!
all that bottom shit..
I be waiting to hear what your median is and what you have gave her in the last couple weeks, then we will get some advice from Wisher after that...
Im not even gonna comment on how lil your plant is for flower..
What I like about you,
is all we can do is go up,
and your gonna be excited just to triple your yields and
with you thats more than possible...

Yup. Just runoff from inside. Every night I take the runoff and run it thru her. It's working great. If ever need more I can always dip into the rez but I haven't had to
