I roast my mushrooms with Thyme and Rosemary and olive oil butter mix 50/50
they come out lookin like pieces of meat.....and oh so tasty

didnt like where that was taking me so i kicked the alc 4months back n decided to get back to being "me" and decided weed defines me...na jokes but it has always been a big part of my life.
so im getting back into growing passionatley/fulltime hobby.
yeah I melt the butter keeping the fat ...no ghee/clarified and whip with Olive Oil no extra virginjeez dude you got the tips on everything lol.. sounds freakin delish.

coat the mushroom
then throw on a sheet and bake @400 till done....become soft with crisp edges...the way I like them
so when you melt butter it will seperate into fat/waterGood for you bro, congrats! Its crazy how people can be so biased against weed without even knowing much about it..
I dont know anyone who has alch at work, my dad always tells me stories from 'back in the day' though haha. the crew would have a 6 pack at lunch time and just chain smoke on the job site haha. now you cant even smoke a cigarette within like 15-25' of most of our jobs...
I have a very addictive personality as well.. Sugar, the most addictive drug of them all lol.
what do you mean you melt the butter keeping the fat but no ghee/clarified? sounds super good though, might try that on some other types of veggies like broccoli or something.. Any veggie recommendations to try that on? my girl isn't a big fan of mushrooms so i dont get them often..

I say you start saving up your 1 every day. Knock a dollar off what you eat for lunch.
2 months will get you set up with a diy table like farmer P's...
so when you melt butter it will seperate into fat/water
you want to keep it together
to make ghee/clarified butter
you melt it slowly on a stovetop
it will start to foam and you get a spoon and take the foam off
eventually the foam will be gone and nothing but clarified butter
you can then keep cooking it until it presents a nutty smell and a light caramel color
you now have created ghee
well
if you make the mushrooms with that recipe and mix it in with something else I bet the old GF will love it
tastes like meat
oh and make sure to use fresh thyme and rosemary
as for other veggies
I always just get a big bowl and throw whatever in there
carrots/broccoli/cauliflower/asparagus etc... mix with Olive Oil and Kosher salt & fresh cracked black pepper
coat real well and throw in the oven 400 for 20min or so
should be crisp on some parts and slightly browned around the edges
then let them cool
you can eat them right away or put them in the fridge
then when you are making a meal
pull some out
turn a saute pan on high
throw a little oil in the pan
when it heats up and begins to smoke
throw the veggies in
shake around for a minute or so
throw about 4oz of chicken or veggies stock in there and let simmer till the stock is about evaporated...about 1 more minute
then serve
this is the only way we do it in the restaurantah man i was just starting to get on the veggie roasting hype too, this seems like its going to bring it up to the next level hahaha.. Definitely trying this.
