It looks good. It has a good high.. has no smell! Or maybe it smells like hay with a tinge I found pepper. Wtf

that means it will smell like pepper
the hay smell is chlorophyll offgassing as well as because you trimmed wet....it my stay that way

I make it a point to tell people.....do not wet trim
if you just trim the fan leaves and leave everything else......and let it dry it will come out way better....
long explination for why but......the hay should gonaway in a while and the pepper smell will come out more.....once they go into jars that hay smell will start to break down and the rest of the chlorophyll is consumed by microbes

I have a plan.....
just hear me out
since your grow tent is perfect conditions
go to the old Home Depot and purchase a carboard wardrobe box.....
hang the flowers on a wire hanger and hang the hanger in the wardrobe box and set it in your tent

I have them in a corner hid from the light. 77.3 degrees, rh 43% and I kicked the ac down just a little to see if it raises the rh just a little. It has been raining here for a week off and on.... Humidity was 85% in the basement with 80 degree temps...

Thanks man. Here's what those fancy bulbs looked like in my t5. Lol I'm runing back through pics over the last year. Agromax pure par is the purple ones. They are so good I had to back my light off about 8+ inches cause the nodes were to tight. Then the red are super bloom. And really helped with my yield. And then the green were super/pure veg I think. I swear they are worth the extra.View attachment 623510View attachment 623511View attachment 623512

do I need to put any holes in it for air flow. Or do I just hang them in there and just shut the box up.

Does weed ever smell when drying? And can having my carbon filter on to high zap the smell out the plants, weed drying? To me that sounds stupid but I have to ask? Unless you rubs the buds then smell your f Ingers, it's never been much of a smeller. .. u would figure sweet skunk would be tearing up the neighborhood. . INSTEAD nothing. Guess i need to go find some tutorials on drying and curing.. Guess I figured that part would be the easy part...

I read about the off gassing but I'm still shocked that it never had much of a smell even when it was growing. I mean sweet skunk I would have figured to be Reeken. people made it sound like this stuff was going to be stinking up my whole house. At this point I don't even know if I would of needed a carbon filter

I have never herd of hay smell coming off wet trimmed buds maybe the pheno is a dude it happens i have wet trimmed tons of weed never having a hay smell .
I would think its strain related.
also when i dried weed i kept temps in the low 60's with RH 50 slow drying with constant air movement
so the hay smell is either strain related or im proper drying practice plain n simple
Drying is a art on its own

Well answer this.. when I cut it down and trimmed it, should of it stunk up my room? Cause it didnt. I dried in 3 different places with different temperature and rh. All the same! Right now I'm at 75 and 47% and nothing has any smell... I am shocked...
