just ordered a shutoff valve... can just imagine the fkn mess, being on the third floor:sweating: WHEN i forget it. it will happen sometime i guess:cry:i need to get tray or something under my res's, just dont feel safe having the ro unit going all night yet.

Mine does decent at idle as long as you dont have the door open.Could just be that I'm not running my fan hard enough to get the proper negative pressure too. Only been running it on low, the sides suck in but maybe it just needs to be cranked. Tbh I don't even remember what one I got, I'd have to look on amazon.

Passive means no fan involved, natural convection. Good for outdoor set up and done in thermal style.That's my passive air intake(s). If I crank the fan it should do the trick I'm guessing. Just a lot louder
