Im kinda scurred I clipped the Bigger leaves to allow the new growths which are pretty big now I dont know what will happen I have an instinct it will force the energy to new growthJust started Week 4 and I took what @Tycho said and put these 3 on the right and 2 little CBDers on 12/12 since they were regular seeds and the only Feminized is the one on the left.
There is a Blueberry Bush in the Back you can see and some Cayenne and Heirloom Tomatoe I would like to graft to the CBD any help or suggestions that would help me would be cool. Maybe you guys can help me Im an accomplished chef and I want a restaurant like in that Cheech and Chong movie where they go to Amsterdam and the whole menu is edibles.
I know its not crusty flower pics but there is a selfie and some recipes.

It's the stretch... many things play a role in type of growth, yes day and night cycles also stage of growth the plant is in. Sounds to me like you have initiated flowering and they are stretching. If you change the light back they will reveg if that's the case.@Aqua Man @Tycho @One drop
Is there a correlation between the Veg stage and Light vs Dark.
I have noticed that the plants take the Dark time to grow significantly.
I tried that trick of switching to 12/12 for about a week and noticed a 3 inch jump overnght some plants. is this strain dependent as well? what I am getting at is ive gotten 4 of the 6 plants identifed as fem and moved them to the MH light I was going to put them back to 18 or 20 light hours but then thought “hey” i noticed they grow more during dark so I put them to 14/10. I want to get to harvest asap so would you say 18/6 will be the best yield for an expected harvest in 2 months or 16/8 would get me there ? I know I will prolly have to extend veg a little longer to get more flowers but what do you think?
I just clipped all the Feeder leaves on all these to get those flowers to grow.
last 2 is a cayene plant that grew 6in in a week of 12/12. Same with Tomato and Red/Orange Sunflower. Im planting that and Lupines for Butterflies and Humming birds. We have a crappy Apt Landscape with no Color to attract them.
Not a big difference really. Keep in mind that increasing darkness is what triggers flowering. Not a set time.I did but what is the diff of 18/6 or a 20/4 setup
DLI primarily. The plant processes change from photosynthesis to the Calvin cycle. There is sooo much to it that your best off researching them if you really want to learn about it. It also ties in to spectrums and ratio changes in them, nutrients, carbon fixation. Just way to much to try to go through and I don't have a PhD in any of it.. high-school drop out here.I did but what is the diff of 18/6 or a 20/4 setup
Nice!! Fyi They escorted me off the School Property via Van Nuys Detectives.DLI primarily. The plant processes change from photosynthesis to the Calvin cycle. But a 2 hr difference for our purposes generally will be most impact full on the DLI.
