In your opinion guys what is better for starting , by putting to cups and then transplant. Or put straight to big pot from start to finish.
What pluses and minuses on these to methods ?

Cups first then pot up to the finish pot or grow bag , sometimes I’ll pot up twice depending on how the seedling or cutting is growing . Just my 2 cents .

Recommend small square Pots made for this specific use because imho Solo cups fall over too easily!

I would say yes. Let the roots fill the existing cup/pot/container before up potting

Main thing is you can saturate a cup to runoff and let dry properly which helps the roots to spread out and fill the whole cup. Then uppot to the next size and repeat.

Through trial and error I was able to find what works for me. Probably fairly typical of how most folks develop growing techniques. Definitely not a one size fits all endeavor.
