These plants are now entering flowering. Some of my leagues didn't perk up because I was gone for a few days and she dried out, but I watered them and did a little LST. They are doing better, but should I take of the damaged fan leaves or leave them? And I was wondering what the cause of the reddish leaf stems was? The growth tips are super dark green, is that a good or bad sign?

I would just let those leafs fall on their own cutting them off now could just cause more stress to your plant. The new growth being dark green meens its getting a good amount of nitrogen. Good luck

I would remove the leaves that aren't coming back, they simply add to the mess and that can lead to problems.

Too dark a green, especially along with those reddened petioles, usually means the plant isn't getting enough usable P (phosphorous). There is no sign of N+. I wouldn't worry too much about the P utilization at this time. Without knowing anything more about your setup, lighting, environment, feeding, or even the strain, I can't say much more.

You might want to go through my thread in my signature line, The Charts.
