would there be any health benifits from spending hours dayly in a bloom room?? would it possibly be like vicks vapor rub but different??

if it is something u like to do you would get joy in return making u happy and feel better and + the plants will enjoy all your co2 coming out of u

If it was myself I’d surely protect my eyes because of lots of potential UV, and a good sunblock.

Collared long sleeved shirt, correct glasses for the room your in, a hat, gloves. My veg room floor (panda film) dry rots after 9 weeks of use from my lights. Imagine your skin. Even has warning about it.
