last i checked, gold had gone down

real estate has yet to rear its ugly head, but if y'all paid attention, 2020 was previously forecast and not by me.

it's had a recent decline, with price drops, lenght on mkt, etc...

if reits have yet to drop, which is unlikely

one can avoid capital gains in a 1031 tax free exchange, i believe it was... if one still feels cash is where it's at. needs to b reinvested same yr u take "profits".
