i should b defoliating. the rh was 50. not everybody likes 90°, even with the gas. kinda nothin i can do about well- i saw some wind chapping- i can turn down fans, but the heat- i freaked out, today... the ropes will need to b removed, tomorrow, hopefully, for an extra 6", but i don't want em chasing the lights so this delay and this heat barrier... should buy me some time n ceiling, advantage, by whipin the gals, back a lil. I'll trade a lil heat suffering, for some height, later, but not too much...

fyi- my bad: it's moshMEN, not moshman- who's threads ya wanna check out and while we're on the subject of "my bad"... shoulda gone with my gut, yesterday! or a couple days, by... that dusty, dry tinge i "thought i saw"... it was the beginning, of fade. s!!! and i know i went lean, on the micros. they can go f themselves, if they think I'm gonna add the "grow" i short em. it's an N thang. micros/purple trio, bottle... have the highest N, anyway (LET N = NITROGEN).
so then... i went to defol, 1 tank... it's ocd, therapy... sorta. means i prooly shouldn't do 2 tanks, today (let tank= reservoir).

and the light/heat issue... lemme say - other than- shoulda waited; goin with my instincts... but instead, when the mother (flawless candelabra, still) said, "have u seen my twin, daughters???". i should've just walked away, but i said something about the spreading easily... she got a little HOT... i moved the lights, when i was usin heat stress, to keep her off the leg... and the first sibling said, "how do u like my bush"... saying, "I've had better"... may have been the wrong way to go... "i prefer ur sis... she's shaved". omg, the both of em did that xxxwife move, simultaneously! they stomped their feet, faded... waved their fists n the air, stretching for the (TOO SOON), raised light so bad- i think I'm lookin at airbud, 60 days out! it makes me put ph calibration, on today's to do list... 2 flushes, drop back to tomorrow... and in my heart, i know i just raised the lights, too soon... but if I'm not ocd, about the process- i know I'll miss something. they're all around 5-600ppm. 12-13 gal reservoirs. we know, as gardeners, less is more- i went 20ml ea, on the micros. that'll b 60ppm ea, tomorrow, when i check, again.

so- moral: go with ur gut... and less, is usually more. i do small additions cause u can always add. subtracting /flushing over an oops= sucks!
plus, if i mis diagnose, or space n grab the wrong salt ;D... it won't fry em.

i have half a mind to reset the tank, over this stretch. got plenty of clones, on deck.

if u have ever grown, "AIRBUD", u know y I'm thinkin it. they're not finished, with the chase, and they r on the scrog, side. branches, this thin- support squat n cost alot in groyos.

i may have already mentioned this, but today's to do list- calibrate ph pen... I'm no longer confident, in last wk's... this stretch has me freakin n runnin. just kickin myself over raisin lights, 1 to 2 days, early. i saw it comin... didn't trust myself...
now, there's purpling stems n petioles- don't make me look up spellings.. heat- I'm fine with, but symptoms can b seen...
ummm fade- I'm on it, but should have good pic examples. every no veg- has nuances for each strain and i do multiple strains, even in same tank.
i might make a weak, ummm clonex mix, for a foliar, on the fade gals. just to suggest alternatives, should "you"/one, run into this. they retain N, from not havin a opportunity, to burn it so... it's an easy does it, kinda thang.

oh and a couple white speckles- it's near the access port- it's more likely ph swing spots, than a deficiency, in this particular strain. it's neighboring, from seed, gal, same strain- nice, colors; no spots...

yes, i would go direct and ask but these r the self inflicted wounds of an experimental, Jekyll n hyde, masochist, grower. i asked for this, with my no veg, situation. ain't my first rodeo. it's not easy, tweaking trio, but even i need more experience, with no veg and individual, strains, before switching to a more advanced mix, where i could tweak more individual, chems. plus there's the fact that there's so much of em, left! when i get good enough to not show ANY N retention, on any strain, with no veg- then, I'll shop more advanced/individualized, nutes.

the girls talkin, is not unexpected. i run em lean, typically. i bumped em up to low 600s, this go; lil confidence, showin through. tweakin from 400ppm, is pretty much, dummy proof. so- we move up. if i provide it- they'll eat 70-100ppm, in a day, but not at 400... that LIMPS them, along. they didn't go deficient, at 400, but will still grasp onto whatever n they're given. well- no, that's not true, but the 400 they got this fade from, i withheld a grip of micro- i could do the math, but prolly shorted 100ml, of the micros, already.

every grower, who tries new ideas, goes through "growing pains". u won't see only beautiful, flawless, even, canopies, in my tent.
it takes confidence to show mistakes, deficient, plants n tryin new things.
I've gone the "pretty", even, route... we require more than 2 strains, still finding what works n strains, r always, improving, with tech n new ideas... so i don't stop at 1 strain, 1 method and seedling, veg... those stages take much time. i skip, what nature allows me to, WHEN it suits us, too...
so, u wanna see problems n problem solving- ur in a good place (if only people watched this'n... I'm the new guy, here, still...

AQUAMAN, a thcfarmer , hero- has suggested i not teach the stretchers, a lesson and instead, use the scrog, exactly as it's designed for, just tuckin em, under. i have my own reasons, for freakin n tryin to avoid another Persian carpet, weave, but it lends well to my ocd, defoliations- because even the larf, gets sun, after i molest em, with shears. so it's ok. his advice, is gold, if u happen to c him, around. truth b told, it's prolly a gal, he's so helpful n generous with his time n knowledge, but i rarely check so- no disrespect, if i refer fo u, as masculine, or fem and you're actually not... I'm just not here, for THOSE chix. I'm here for the gurlz, with the secksy, green, smiles!

i gave my stretchers, a LIGHTING, squash, by droppin em, 6-8"... i gave em the ol "it rubs the lotion on its skin, 'tucking'"... under the net, post defol (I'm not grabbin that dam shop vac, til i get to tomorrow's flushes and t3's defol!), but the compromise... ! i lollipoped, like never before! if it was anywhere, within 20miles, of the stretchers... and under the canopy (what's left)... all i can say is, the supreme court, is still debating, over whether it was all, "larf"... and now, I'm going to have to dry it n check for seeds, as opposed- o- nm... wasn't mature enough, anyway... shtcan!

anyway, i got boned. what i thought, was fade...was bleaching. i knew the par was high... i knew i was pushin heat limits... i knew i was withholding nitrogen, for a good reason and the lil bytch, tricked me into another 20ml... but it's a prime example of "less, is more". 20ml, will not b a dealbreaker, for a 13gal, reservoir. and the other 3, needed N, anyway, or the micros, in the micro mix, of the g.h. trio. it is the highest N, differential/factor. so... and aquahero, was right, again... "get the lights!"... so they're raised, at least another 8". ummm... oh, "I DID!"... i tucked my stretchers... and (and I've never seen em do this, to this extreme) they popped back, into exact previous positions, with no permanent bends- weird. I'll rub the lotion, back on their skin n retuck em, just like the guy in silence of the pants/plants/lambs... i mean.

now, I'm soooo NOT GAY, but i would watch the gamer, aquaman and green lantern- oh and green lantern's smokin hot wife: fight to the death...

ghost train haze, f'n loves my ash. i can't believe it's a high flyin strain... i think it was aquaman, who said it best: quality strains... strains, worth having, are a mofo. I'm paraphrasing... but not the case, with gth. i would say it's a novice strain, maintenance wise... set her and forget her. her c1's, are comin up like they have taproot and never noticed, skippin veg. the other gurlz... they're tellin ya, i still have work to do, with my no veg, method- the gth is sayin, " u can do anything to us and we won't divorce u, make it burn, when u pee, give u mites,or... hold a grudge!"! i ♡ hers!!! so i hope it works great 4 pain and that i trouble hers, no more/at all/EVER!.

perpetual grows, help separate mania, from the more trichotillomaniacial, stages. one forgets, "4 more weeks, here, 10 more days, there and oh... are they dry, yet?! is my seed addiction/collection, big enough? diverse, enough?" and having all those various stages... helps u forget, "oh, that's not finished curing, yet"...; keeps u from sneakin n cheatin... it's just cleaner, living, seems like. i can look myself and cured, flushed bud, in the mirror.

ummm... that IS purp u c in the veins. it's me, not the strain, characteristics. I'm still, fine tuning. mixing strains n same res, makes more of a "challenge". i require the variety, as long as there r genetic, advancements... the lack of white lights, only... covers some of the flaws, I'm tryin to point out, just for examples for future, readers. i can see my own flaws, just fine, but have no problem, discussing them. I'm just too lazy, to set an alarm an take pics, at lights out.

and i push heat limits, for both: height reduction and for greater, par values, throughout, but - well- u will see heat stress, because of it, from time to time/more often, than not. i do know my limits, but i also need peace n shorter plants, in my life.

what pain motivation, mania and ocd, look like... many days, i just don't have it in me, to finish chores. this will make calibration, defol, shop vac and 2 flushes, delay, another day and yes, it sux.

ummm... i got the ghost train haze clone, to pose... but at second glance... she's stretching. it's fine. she and prolly another atf, next to her, have some catching up to do, anyway. that atf, i can already tell... gonna b a pain, to control.

oh and if u look closely, at the stacking... think into the future- i might b even happier, i listened to aquaman, about not givin em the ax, for stretching on me, like they did. umm- I'd have to look at the map, but they're probably atf c1s.

but it's because i keep a sterile room (tent, anyway), that my ocd is ok with letting aesthetics go a week, when i have bigger problems, than the gurlz. so not to worry- it'll get cleaned up. the rh is fine, as trim is wont to raise rh... so if u get sloppy, at times... just b aware of it. it would definitely b fodder for pests, but again- i tend to b fastidious. omg!!! mosh! read up on ur light, before it arrives. with these new, shiny objects, sometimes u can program exact frequency. now, i forget what it is, but it is findable... there's a lightwave that can nix the 2hr period it takes ur gals to start doin their after dark, feather pillow fighting (there r few things, a man should never see- the naked feather pillow fights amongst ur gals, is one of them. it's the kinda dirty u can't wash away. it was like walking into my inlaws home, when the pop was flippin scrambled eggs... no problem. i went to pour myself some h2o... the man's height put his waste, perfectly, at counter level, to great me in his ho'fer, tshirt. whatever, it was a Saturday. families, everywhere, were eatin cheerios n other WIC products i paid for, together. sigh. i came around the corner... the man had ONLY the inappropriate, tshirt on. when his wife saw the look of horror, on my face... ummm... yeah, that "filthy ho" tshirt, kinda threw me off. musta been near the holidays, or something. anyway- and we were visiting em, in cali so it probably wasn't cold... but my god, if it was and still... THAT... all I'm sayin is, i have nothing to b ashamed of, but this thing was like nuclear fallout big. there may even have been two. oh, yes- mosh, if u can program that frequency, u can add another 2 hrs a day, to whichever direction u want em to go/grow... i.e. u could make 12light, 12dark, just as effective, as 12/10... giving u those 2, transition hrs, to wobble n stress over how to apply such a wind/sunfall...
