Much appreciated my guy! Yeah that’s what my chick suggested she doesn’t know a whole a lot about growing but is way more patient. And I’ll forsure take some follow up pics in 5-7 days.I would wait a week to see if they ripen up. You want the buds to swell up with resin and swallow the orange hairs. I still see some flowers forming down low. It looks frosty. Take more pics in a few days to a week.
Another week forsure at the mostSo I’ll start by saying after taking theses pics I feel like I should wait a little longer, but I still would like some advice. Growing in dwc It has been about 7 weeks since the first little buds first started to appear, and about 9-10 since I flipped to 12/12. I did have a bit of a issue about halfway in flower and she started to reveg on but I feel like I caught it fairly early and corrected what I thought to be the issue which was a mixture of light leaks, and to much defoliation. The trichomes look clear to milky but more clear I feel like but there are some ambers, so idk what to make of it. My biggest fear is that it will attempt to repollenate on its own if I cut it down to late I’m not sure if that’s possible but that’s what I read anyways. I know whe buds are gonna be a little airy cause of the issue I ran into with the revegging but idk what else to do. Any advice or constructive criticism is more than welcome, thanks! What’s makes you say that? The way they look or is it based on the strain. Just curious, cause i wouldn’t mind waiting just don’t want to mess them anymore than I already have.My guess is 13 to 14 week to finish.
Strains that go over 10 weeks tend to lean toward the 13 to 14 week mark. Most likely from their dominant genetics. Most finish in 8 to 9 weeks. Those plants haven't taken on any coloring yet. I'm guessing they're a long flowering phenotype. What’s makes you say that? The way they look or is it based on the strain. Ayyy leave my grow journal alone! Hahaha
I like the notepad aka scribbling on the wall

Ahhh I see well I’ll post some more in about a week so yall can tell me what yall think. I’d be down to wait that long thoughStrains that go over 10 weeks tend to lean toward the 13 to 14 week mark. Hahaha honestly that made me almost spit out my coffee when I saw that picture! But hey gotta give you props keeping notes and a journal on a wall is better than 90% of most growers I'd say.
And thank you sir, if you have any questions or anything feel free to toss me a DM. Good luck with the grow! Looking like you got your plant dialed in quite nicely just need some fine tuning as you go
Definitely got some fine tuning left to do, and I will definitely do that cause i can use the help thanks man.Hahaha honestly that made me almost spit out my coffee when I saw that picture! I'm just shooting from the hip here, butcould go on for another whole flowering cycle. The plant revegged in the middle of flower, it probably took a couple weeks after you fixed the issue for it to begin to rebloom. Now it is probably on like week 3 of it's second bloom cycle. You could be waiting on some 17 week leafy bud. I'd chop it now and start again.
I’ve considered doing that on more than one occasion, that plant doesn’t even know it but my girl has saved its life at least 7 times.I'm just shooting from the hip here, but this could go on for another whole flowering cycle. I'm not a master grower or anything but my old neighbor was a master grower and taught me everything I know about growing and he showed me something REALLY interesting that I tried out several times and so far it's proven to be true every single time, so basically the rule goes like this, the more milky the trichromes are and the Sooner u cut it down then the more THC and CBN your plant will possess giving it more of a psychoactive high, but if you wait until the trichromes are mostly amber and brown then ur plant will have a little less THC but not by a bunch but it will have significantly less CBN and ALOT more CBD making for a more physical stoney body high. It's either 1 helluva coincidence that this is what I've experienced so many times or my neighbor used his horticulture degree to spread some serious ok knowledge. So basically it's up to u and what you prefer your plants high to be like.So I’ll start by saying after taking theses pics I feel like I should wait a little longer, but I still would like some advice. Scientific tests show CBN to be low during milky tri's but higher the more amber there is. THC degrades into CBN not CBD. CBD is also at it's highest during the clear/milky phase. It will turn into THC the more acidic the environment is. The THC into CBD thing has been proven to be a myth.I'm not a master grower or anything but my old neighbor was a master grower and taught me everything I know about growing and he showed me something REALLY interesting that I tried out several times and so far it's proven to be true every single time, so basically the rule goes like this, the more milky the trichromes are and the Sooner u cut it down then the more THC and CBN your plant will possess giving it more of a psychoactive high, but if you wait until the trichromes are mostly amber and brown then ur plant will have a little less THC but not by a bunch but it will have significantly less CBN and ALOT more CBD making for a more physical stoney body high. Really? Damn that's 1 helluva coincidence then that when I harvest milky trichromes they have way more psychoactive highs even on Indica strains, but coincidences happen, like I said before I'm far from a master grower lol.Scientific tests show CBN to be low during milky tri's but higher the more amber there is. THC is more psychoactive then CBN so earlier harvests will be more of a head high. The psychoactive y of CBN affects the body more. So it's less head and more body tingle. So not coincidence at all. Some don't like the head high some do. I like 40-50% Amber so my body feels like I'm melting into the couch, lol. Most strains are so low in CBD nowadays that an early harvest is still often under 1%. When I grow CBD heavy strains I like to harvest early to have high THC and CBD. Those are usually so low on the THC side that there is very little head high, but I get the euphoric energetic rush a bit while the CBD will clear my head and makes it easy to concentrate. Of course, everyone reacts differently.Really?
