A couple weeks, at least. Still lots of white pistils and the caylxes don't look like they've swelled. How do the trichs look?

I think your color change on that big cola could be bud rot! Pull on some of that brown part and see if it doesn’t pull out easily, then look for webby stuff inside the bud. I hope it’s not, but I’m concerned.

I saw this today. Is no smell of rot, the top is hard, I see trichomes but they are shriveled.

Sometimes it’s a “dry” rot. Should be easy to tell. If you break a piece of the brown off and see a “puff” it’s mold spores!

So sad. I've been there. Please don't keep any that has the webbing. You can still harvest some of the cola, but you'll have to be very brutal about chopping off the infected parts. If you want to try and save the rest of the cola, chop off the bad parts, then spray the stem with 50/50 ISO alcohol and water. If you don't treat the spot, the fungus will continue to grow and wrap around the stem, killing anything above it. Sorry for your loss.

I just cut off the infected tops and they in trash. These photos show how the remaining stems look now after the cut.

And even then, sometimes it just happens. My sympathies @Blackandblack, I think anyone whose grown for any length of time has gone though it.
