ah Ok man. I think barneys is big business. Sometime when these guys got too busy in house, they outsourced the process of seed making to others in a click,. However, I am unsure that this means we can apply standards. I have grown lots of his stock, its very different. Only thing i ever found that is reliable, Blue cheese, trouble is a hate cheese. Its not a great hit IMO and leaves me a little intolerant after I smoke it. This seems to me to be counter intuitive to smoking Cannabis ;-)

I hear that man. the fights i have had over labelling of products, its just a waste of time, but someone makes money so it continues.
for most people, life is a sequence of qualify, re-qualify. We have entered a twilight zone for human time, where one must put in work, just to be able to do work or keep the job you do everyday.
For every vertical i have ever worked in, I have had to jump from a series of hoops, to continuously prove my value. This is modern slavery of course since the work we do to be able to qualify for paid work, is unpaid or worse costs us directly, and is consuming increasing amounts of time units, leaving us less and less time to be alive, to think, to love etc.
This gentle wearing of the workforce is a deliberate design to prevent you seeing the whole and being able to take your place among the elites, whom themselves have organized these tests and loops and admin, in order to prevent us standing on the same platform.
Does the president ever have to qualify as a specialist before he makes a decision? What about the CEO of Cisco systems who made me, at my cost, re qualify on his technology every 2 years, despite the simple truth that i was installing his technology daily and so didnt need to learn to ride a bike more than once.

One hopes in the future, that policy makers will be clever enough to make the onboarding process of a new cut, a streamlined process. I have no idea why we have systems that fail to keep up with the needs of society :-)

I have had some super super plants from Barney over the years mate, dont let my post put you off. I am from Europe so i see what happens over here when say a government change in Holland, forces businesses like barneys, to relocate at short notice

this is the one we grow

loads of keepers in any pack, we had 35 seeds or something, 3.5 packs anyway, I smoked every single plant we grew, all of them were nice. I kept #3 and #22. #3 we called La Cucaracha, reason was we tested it early outside, when mold risk is higher, this one took a full face on hail storm, 80mph winds and was knock out, so we named it the cockroach.
#22 was by far the best flavor hit combo of anything I have smoked this year.

#3 I am using in a breeding project, but i am not sure how much cross over I might get in light of her being a girl. i wanted to sure up a mold prone Lemon Ammo which indoors is some of the best weed i ever grew, but outside it just cant hold its own. Original stock is Archive Seeds. I am hoping to use the macho here and see if we can produce more tolerant off spring

Feminized seeds carry more hermaphroditism genetic potential. Autos are worse. I will never buy another feminized seed as long as I live. When you self pollinate you are expressing the females traits and one of those traits is hermaphrodititism. I look at male traits as the backbone to a plants proper vitality and health. This is where vigor and resilience traits are aquired.

Keep them wild! Breeders have convinced us that stabilization is some type of task of Hercules. Those plants were just fine. I've started looking at crosses that aren't 20 strains packed into 1. This is where instability happens. The newest horse in my stables is a [71 Kandahar afghan x 73 highland thai] x [Blue Thai x Afghan 1]. The breeder actually did a back cross to reintroduce lineage.

Just putting it out there. I would lock down a reg female and take some cuts. I am just sharing what I've learned while attempting to breed some personal crosses.
