could anyone suggest a good strain for depression in the daytime ? severe depression has hit hard recently and id like to find something that will put a smile on my face time after time . Ive grown arjans haze #3 , it was hit and miss with mildish effects , not a keeper in my opinion .

The reason I say daytime is that ive got 2 totally different sets of mmj one for daytime and one for evening/night as sativas over stimulate my thinking
any suggestions would be awesome

I like a nice hybrid, the specific strain isn't as important for me. I always prefer indica-dominant, and it's just a matter of %.

another vote for Jillybean here.
Works well for me.

I haven't tried durban or casey jones yet...I want to though

green crack, super silver haze, durban poison, alien fire, sour diesel, jack herer, super sour flower (ssh x sourd)

imho, I have a high tolerance and the casey dont do jack for me.

-lead

Agent D (a orange diesely flavored head high), Jillybean (a pink lemonaide flavored head high), and Chunky Cherry Malawi (a sweet tasting head high, but no cherry flavor) all work well, and don't take too long to finish. 8 weeks of flowering is right on all three of these.

thanks for all the input , I am really interested in jilly bean , ive been using dinafems critical during the day but probably because its the least heaviest of my buds , when I save enough for a new pack of seeds im defenitely set on trying jillybean

Share your problems with your family,
Drink 2/3 glass of water,
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and other stimulants...

I have been using brownies for the last couple years for similar symptoms. They have helped me tremendously getting through the winter blues. Key is to find the right dosage. Once you have found that, it is a great high which lasts 6 hours on average.
Would be happy to share this recipe, very old school but works wonders for me and a few others that I hand them out to.
