Defecincy or light stress?

Hi guys,

Sorry new grower first grow, new leaves also have their tips a bit yellow. Regular led bulbs not the fancy grow lights total around 400 watts 70 cm above canopy. Temperature 2t celcius humidity 60 percent. I can't figure out if it is a defecincy or heat light stress I had the lights lower before recently raised but then again new leaves are being affected. Fed plants once with baby bio the only thing I could find out here for veg with high N so I don't know... Please help out

Looks like Mg deficiency to me. But could be caused by bad PH causing lock out. Are you PHing your water/feed?
