minor nutrient burn
keep the runoff in track, if needed reduce the nutrient concentration
don't let the medium dry too much or the salt will concentrate and produce these tips burn

This is in hydroponics - no runoff, no soil.

Your calmag is not well absorbed ,just check ur ph ,
don't worry too much. it is not big issues .
and there is no connection with ur EC.

Today...... They've drank a lot. I'm gonna fill up the res. Dial back nutrients a tad. Any suggestions?

Check ph level, should be around 6.2-6.5 for better absorption of cal mag

Even in recirculating dwc? Thought I need to be around 5.8-6.1

Soil runs higher that coco which runs higher than hydro. Growrx is correct, calcium does adsorb better at the higher Ph, but due to the hydroponic set-up, you need a lower overall Ph. Thats how I understand it.

It can be anywhere from 5.5-6.5 in hydro from my understandings. I’m also in RDWC
