Defoliation? When, how much, if at all.

Does anyone have any useful info on if/when to defoliate. How many leaves to take off. My 3 white widows are 7 days into flowering. Thanks

Defoliate through veg. You can defoliate up to week 3 flower but it’s stressful on the plant. Middle of the canopy clean up, no more than 1/3 of the plant should be plucked.

There is so many different opinions on this subject there is not hard and fast rule. Take a look at 3 a light squ... whatever it is, totally different approach.
