I've got a carbon filter in the tent, a humidifier, and a heater. It helps control the environment you grow in to have a tent.

You will really like outside growing if your area is reasonably safe. Plants look great outside !!!

I would too... but not yet, lol. I spent waaay too much on seeds for 2026 grow!
My daughter brought in 2 pkgs today "More seeds"! She looked at me like 'what da' haha .. They aren't weed seeds... this time! ;)
So very excited for spring to sprung! At least you will have some fresh smoke while you start another outdoors grow. Your flowers are looking very purdy :)

These gals (except Minnie) have nearly always seemed just a little stressed, like they needed something but the only thing I know to do is feed them the GH Flora mixes. Anyway, since I don't really know what I'm doing I try not to have very high expectations and then if it goes south I'm not terribly disappointed and if it goes well I can be happy.

These girls are deep into flower now ranging from 118 down to 109 days and it's hard to argue with the buds that have popped out all over these plants so at this late stage I'll just continue on.

11/8 was a fabulous day and I decided it was time to put the bigger gals into their forever home. I didn't have the heart to pull the plug on the retard so I put it on a stand near the window by the other house plants with one of my cheesy old lights.

Outdoors I used a fresh mix of FF HF & OF to fill the 5 gal bags. This is a small town but these bags are available at our local nursery so it's a no-brainer.

View attachment 2561249

I scooped some mycorrhizal into the transplant spot, it's supposed to encourage root growth.

I had the bases all prepped, positioned and ready when I brought them back inside.

This is a nice setup, doesn't take up much space and the light stands are perfect for fitting under the bases, keeps it rather neat, tidy and not aesthetically annoying.

It will get a bit colder in Dec/Jan but right now we keep the window and patio door open most the time so there's great ventilation and with the Sun sinking lower to the south there's a bit of shine into the patio window during the day while after dark the patio door helps reflect light.

Reminds me when I started to grow, right by the rear sliding door. Morning sun, they loved it. The larger they grew the more I realized I was not prepared. And would upgrade the lighting every three weeks abouts. And when I made the crazy decision to get a tent the family (brother n law and his wife) literally laughed at me saying I couldn't do it without it. I was puzzled by that one. Still am kind of puzzled, shit happened years ago and I sometimes wonder, what da fuck was that all about
If you half ass a grow, well, more times than none it will come out half ass. Go all the way. Enjoy life. It goes fast.

Today we went and got more bags of soil for our raised beds, those are reserved for veggies and stuff but I'm also setting up a space to put some new weed plants soon.
I decided to try the 15 gal bags on bricks, 3 or 4 plants probably, and run some irrigation line to them. I'll be asking for some advice because I'll be gone for 1 1/2 to 2 months this summer and although I have a couple of friends that will check on them I want to keep it as simple as possible. I'm hoping I can add the right shit to the soil so the plants will be happy until I return. I'll be using new and recycled FF HF/OF and probably mix in some soil I baked that came with us from IA.

Well we took a brief trip over Death Valley way, left Wed and returned Fri night. I forgot to fill the bottle for Mini and she was droopy when we got home. I watered her right away and she perked back up but of course it hurt some of the leaves. The others did fine on their self watering bases.

The leaves look horrible overall but the buds on these are looking great. Definitely approaching the finish line here.

Moping and turning leaves at the end never worried me. Hell the tiniest bit of nute burn isn't awful if you fix it. Looks nice!

It should be planting season in your area soon right?

We did have a fun trip; drove through Death Valley and stayed Wednesday night in Lone Pine at the base of Mt Whitney. The plan was to go back to Death Valley the next day but we woke up to a snow storm and decided to stay on the main highway (US395) and headed south towards the Palm Springs area. On Friday we got up and went through Joshua Tree NP before heading back home.

The east doesn't have giant free-roam areas, the land is all owned.

Yes!!! It's getting close to planting soon. It was almost 75 here today. I'm starting hot peppers tomorrow. BUT, the poppin' weed seed has to wait a bit longer. :( Still getting ice on the cat water bowls, outside in the mornings...boo. LOL High Desert Altitude gives us 2 seasons every 24 hrs HAHA
Loved the pics!! It's been many years since I've driven that way :)

I'm still stalling on pulling these plants but not much longer! Thought this was a great photo..

I've nearly got the outdoor irrigation all done. We have some veggies going but I'm going to stall on the weed grow until we get back from a road trip to TX later this month. I was late getting my outdoor plants started last year but we can easily go into November here. I figure I can get them started and into the bags early in April.

Rolled out a couple 25 gal bags, cucumbers I think.

Tomatos in 15 gal bags between the raised beds so they have more space.

If things go as hoped my last Northern Light #10 and three of the Bubblegums will go here.

So it was chop chop today on my oldest at 144 days, I thought it looked ready, hope I was right, it sure smelled ready!

I left the light on my loupe it seems, now I can't find that tool for the batteries. It's got to be here somewhere, I never throw shit like that away, in fact, that's probably why I can't find it!

It's hard to believe I don't have it, I'll dig deeper later, don't need it now for a while. If by chance I can't ever find it I may just buy another loupe for $8.

I've got four plants started that look like they could make it; three Bubblegum and one Purple Kush. These are seeds our good friends ordered from HGC and gave me. The last seed I had was a Northern Lights #10 and I ruined it when I ripped the taproot pulling it off the paper towel.

Legally I could have a couple more going but right now I'm only setup with bags and irrigation for four. There's a good chance I'll figure that out and get at least a couple more going but I haven't had much time to mess with that lately.
