Yes
1-2 week tops depending on your grow style and strain.

It’s just veg n bloom, I just ran my light on veg for 24/7, wondering if I should do the same for bloom. And should I have only bloom switch on or should I run both??

I would use both switches on. More light the better. As far as nutes I would stick to what you are using. Personally I feel like a lot of flower nutes do not have enough nitrogen and have to much P.
