anytime i tried to make oil out of pucks it turned out terrible,.
i tell friends to throw them into the garbage as they would give them to me,..

I don’t think JJ decarbed it first! Might be wrong! Has been known to happen! On rare occasions!

So, making an ER grade edible might be a little more complicated! But doable!

I’ve Tried dry vape Leavings Just to see if there was anything left in them! Terrible! I remember pipe carver Tried it, and almost Puked! And he was no lightweight! I know where you’re coming from Nick! Leave the twice fried to Rice!

I’ve tinkered around with this “tar” for a couple years now. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
Up till now I’ve just air dried by rolling it daily on the mat. Once it stops rolling I’ll fold it over on itself to finish drying. When I get this to the folding stage I’ll try to purge it

seeing as how I have no clue what this stuff im tinkering with is called. We found the word tar fits. This batch went from the rolling to folding today.
Here’s a couple finished blocks from a previous run, might purge them as well.

Kind of looks like Rick Simpson oil from back in the day
A good freeze to make it easier to handle, weigh and portion
I would reconstitute and send it through a filter column if you just want the THC

a week of air dry time and the yield is what I expected:
120 grams flower yields 12 grams of wax from the press and another 12 grams from an alcohol wash of the pucks.
Takes a normal 10% yield and doubles it. Might not make be the best but it’s free
