thet start out at 3/4 full, and by the time i water a few times it settles at about 5/8 full. i dont let the roots circle the bottom of the cup at all. if i were running in the ground i would start in different containers, my finish containers will be 12" tall and i havent layed out the garden outdoors yet so the width and length havent been determinded. im splitting the outdoor section in half so i can black out one half while the other half gets light. im busy building all this now and i got to get back too it. ill take pictures when done, thanks digdug!!Not much dirt in those cups...why don't you have them full?
Doing a transplant in a short while?
They look like SSK and they are healthy but the tap root probably already hit bottom.
