Digital Ballasts, Globes, For Flowering

Hi everyone. Im new to this site and was wondering if anyone knows about the best digital ballasts and globe's for flowering. Any help would be appreciated before I buy new lighting. Thanks.

I'm using solistek 600's and love them
Solistek also has really great lineup of m/h and hps bulbs
