I am not seeing any female flowers, but I do see pollen sacks. At the very least, you have a male. Positive vibes...

I can't see too well to say for sure if those are pollen sacks/male flowers on the 2nd picture or if it is leaf stubble. It does look like a male from the pictures, but a closeup would help a lot.

I decided to take the plant out the other 3 are definitely female and look good it was a rough start but things are looking better
