Thank you for your response. Yes, I do plan on keeping it here, and no, the window light is not the only source of light. It actually has a lot now, I’ll upload a photo or two as an update, I’ve added in some more lights, and it is now branching.Definitely stretching, would find a branded full spectrum 100w-200w light to put it under. Brands like Spider Farmer, AC Infinity, ViparSpectra, HLG, not just the cheapest thing on Amazon. Those purple lights you have above it now are not the best and little gimmicky.
Do you plan to keep it growing right there?
Depending on the strain, that plant is going to double or triple in height when you flip to flower.
You can lose some height with topping and training, and of course proper lighting.
No way those things fry leaves. I barely fry leaves at 108° surface temp 500W light bar sitting directly on them.Ya that thing is stretching for the light! Ohh btw those stick lights work good for supplemental light but don't get them too close it fries the leaves easy learned the hard way
when the seedling is about a foot tall flip the plants lighting to 12/12 in 5 days you will know sex.Lmfao bro broke out all the enhancements.
I dig it. I recommend spending the money on a good light though.
But how would a quicker growing plant be more likely to be male. That part I wanna know.
Bro the flip to 12/12 is already a stressor. Then to wait 2 weeks, perhaps longer, for the plant to sex to then flip back to 18/6?when the seedling is about a foot tall flip the plants lighting to 12/12 in 5 days you will know sex.
Male pull ,females flip back to 18/6.
I am assembling a HLG with for Four 2v288 Rspec quantum boards 640 watts .
After you get a female plant clone it ..... you have to train the plant anyway.
I prefer using regular seeds .
I can say I have made a few lightsa good way to judge if it needs more light is the length of the petiole. when they elongate to far you know you need more light.
