If your using a professional enriched soil like BioBizz and the others you don't really need any nutrients until it starts pre flowering unless it's growing really fast. I would try watering less often. Happy Frog (and other heavily-amended mixes) do better with higher-volume waterings and longer drybacks. The droopiness, leaf thickness, texture, and squat node spacing are all symptoms of over-watering. In my garden, a plant that small in a pot that big would go a week or more between waterings. A bigger pot will make it harder to water correctly.
