I'm just curious. I released some lacewing eggs about 3 weeks ago. Not thinking anything about it I told my buddy he could throw some lbugs in there to handle a white file prob. I was doing some pruning and noticed lacewing larvae in the soil (fuck yea) but there was more L bugs around the pots with the larvae then without. Are they gonna eat them? Does anyone have experience with these bugs? I've only done them separate.

I know I am new here but this is what I have for information only, straight from my mothers Spell Book<<
Notes From MoM

Diatomaceous Earth natural razorblades and lady bugs and Preying Mantis are a good for pesky intruders to my girls.

Now where did that Preying Mantis go they tend to disappear?

***** make sure not to put any more Ladybugs out before the lacewings Hatch!!!!!!!!

I remember always seeing a handful of mantises in the Garden, the story told was when the ladybugs moved in and ate up all the bad bugs sometimes they will go after the little green Fairy Fly babies so that’s why mom had a silk screen tent for her Lacewings. It was a modified silk box kite from Tiland and was used to separate small area or nursery for developing lacewings I later discovered. It worked she had an old claw foot bathtub with Mother plants growing and she had the Fairy house there. I know it sounds silly but the little things make the grow so much more personable like a relationship with something truly loved and cared for.

And yes I used to steal the Preying Mantis’s and take them to school, I was a kid and they were cool.
