It’s a little hard to tell from these pics. Im on the side of not seeing bud rot (in these pictures). The last pic i just see a lot of “brown plant matter” more than bud rot looking. Have you broke a bud open and looked around in it? : )

I circled a spot on the magnified picture where bud coloration appears to be different. Pull on one of the leaves in that area. If it comes free from the plant easily and has some of the bud attached to it, its likely rot.

Edit: If it is rot, you can cut it out of the bud. Just be sure to remove plenty of healthy bud tissue so you know you got it all. Wash your hands before handling any more plants ... both drying and still living.

What causes rot? I know about Mold. ??
It's the same thing that rots your plant from the bottom up when the soil is too wet. Botrytis. It decomposes plant matter very quickly. The only time I ever saw bud rot was when I had caterpillars shitting in my colas. I'm in So Cal, we don't usually have RH high enough to cause issues drying. For me it's usually the opposite.. stuff dries too quick and I gotta slow it down.
