Does anyone know what these spots are?

Woke up and pots were pretty dry, watered checked run off and was higher PH than what I put in. Flushed with quarter strength nutrients and proper pH and it seemed to have fixed it

growing in coco+perlite, canna nutrients pH 5.8 - 6.0

Ok awesome thank you. Yea all the newest growth looks perfectly healthy since yesterday thank god!!!
