That seedling is way too small to have calcium deficiency.

Tell us a bit more about your setup. What medium are you using? What and how much are you feeding it?

Hard to say without more info but with new seedlings I'd guess over watering resulting in root issues.

The 2 plants with this issue are NYC diesel and they are both in happy frog soil. I haven't fed them anything, just watering with a 6.5 ph when dry every couple days. Note that all the other plants look great its just the nyc diesel that looks like this.

It’s not Ca deficiency. Ca is immobile and a deficiency wouldn’t exhibit symptoms on older leaves and not the new growth.
