Does this plant look ok

Hi its my first indoor grow and 3 out of 4 plants look great but there is 1 thats looking different to the others. They are 14 days old and are autos can someone let me no if this is normal or ill many thanks it the one in the first photo as you can see in the other picturse she looks different to the rest

A little small for 2 weeks, but they look healthy.

Thanks I have had a heating issue that has been sorted now so hopefully they pick up
