Looking good but looks like salt is starting to climb with burnt tips and some struggling with calcium uptake (brown spot on leaf). Next time you water, work super slow, take about half an hour getting the water in and get some to drip out slow too, about a couple cups worth at the bottom. I presume that's an autoflower. If not, let it beef up a little more before you flip. Your plant looks relatively healthy, just small.

Bigger buds is "mo better", that looks like a stunted auto. You don't need to "flip" autos, they go into flower on their own at 3-6 weeks or so. My suggestion would be try a photoperiod plant next time, They are more forgiving of mistakes, you can vegatatively grwo them to the size you want, and you control when the plant goes into flower (changing from 18/6 to 12/12 lighting). I'm assuming you're growing indoors, a little more info on what media you're using, lighting (wattage and brand), nutrients, R/H and PH of water, temps, etc. The more info we have, the better we can help you.

Bigger just = more to smoke/dab/vape/eat

An affiliated issue is plant limits in some locations. If you do 6 small yield plants, you could wind up running out of weed before your next 6 plants finish.

Welcome to the farm. Plant looks pretty good for a first try from random bag seed. You should get a few grams from it. Go ahead and pop more seeds, you are in the right place to sharpen your growing skills.

Biggest thing you can do is get a real light. A 60 watt light bulb will not grow or flower weed very well. You can get a cheap LED for less than $100, that will grow you a couple of decent size plants. The other option is, if you have the area, is wait until spring and grow outside. However, I know nothing about marijuana laws in Tx. I'm in a legal state.

60 watt light bulb isn't going to grow you much.

Not much you can do with that current plant but properly feed and water it and give it good light until it finishes. Moving forward, you can train or top branches to grow the way you want them to, and a greater number of branches will give you a greater yield. Topping (high stress training or HST), bending (low stress training or LST) and scrogging (Screen of Green, a double net above the plant) are different ways for increasing yield.

Now that it's flowering you'll want to make sure it gets flowering nutrients. Wherever you grabbed that Alaskan Fish Fertilizer, they should also have Morbloom 0-10-10 and that should be your "front seat" nutrient in flower. But rigt now your plant is still at a transitional stage, so your feed should be 3 teaspoons of the Alaska fish and a teaspoon of the morbloom (per gallon). Once the flowers have been growing on the plant for 3 weeks, do 1/2 tsp of the fish fert and 2 tsp of the morbloom. As it moves further into flower the nitrogen demand tapers off so we want more morbloom in there than Alaska. When you reach week 6, stop using the Alaska and go lighter with the Morbloom to meet the tapering demand as it winds up. As for frequency, feed/skip/feed/skip.

Edit: Just caught that you're using a 60w bulb? Do you have a windowsill with sunshine you can throw it in front of? If not, you're going to need a full spectrum plant light with at least 150w. If you can pull 4 hours of direct sun through a window it might be enough DLI to produce smokable bud. Bud a 60w bulb along just won't get the job done for you.
