This was more about shaping the plant. My friend does it and i think i saw someone doing it on here. You remove the top 2 or 4 fan leaves. Supposedly it slows the growth of the branches without fan leaves and exposes the lower branches/leavss to more light. So is it pretty safe removing the gigantic King Kong fan leaves? They are blocking the branches and I thought about removing them but figured they might be used in the end of flower for the plant to take nutrients from. Consider I’m on my 2nd grow…and will be flowering soon…would you recommend??
Ahh I see…helps the lower branches catch up in 2 ways instead of just the light. Might give that a try. This was more about shaping the plant.
