P4516 x Okie- project okie- bucked off by day 5 in the drier in this winter time rh%. Solid yield from my work horse. Typically this weight would have the container full, like I’ve said many times this gal is dense!
I had sprayed one branch with a 14% silver solution but this gal is solid , no seeds

Did some research with this round of gummies, every batch is what the hell am I thinking. Anywho, my normal is a batch made with oil and another with oil and RSO. Something for everyone just adjust the number eaten.
Problem is that was all the RSO I had on hand and I’ll have to make more. Well Everclear ain’t cheap and it’s a slow process, but I can kick some rosin out pretty darn quick. So I made a batch with oil and 10 grams rosin. It’s the whole thc-a/c thing…..
I did use rosin for gelcaps and those work well so maybe this will
Anyways if I can get the cost/availability issue wth Everclear out of the equation it’ll make gummy’s even that much more fun

Don’t know how effective they will be but they’re tasty

First test (me) was a success, now to send em out to my testers for some feedback before next week’s batch.

The Wife’s- no blooms yet so I upped the lights to 400
Cloner - couple weeks cut, rooted and fix’n to take off
Veg- apples and bananas up next. I suck at germinating, if I hadn’t mentioned that. 1 of 6 gave me a tail but stopped when it hit the rock wool other batch I didn’t even get a tail
White Runtz- 3 weeks flower
Candy rain- 6 weeks flower

The Wife’s- nice and green, kinda hoping for blooms before spring time
Cloner- 3 weeks cut, most have been topped already
Veg- just about ready to cut

And some new tails, nothing spread out yet so I’m not calling them plants, yet. But there is hope for Maui
White Runtz- 4 weeks flower
Candy Rain- 7 weeks flower and she’s just about done. Quick to finish, thought the 1st round was a fluke but this gal is fast

Burped everything earlier

Looks so fine everytime. Best perpetual grower, hands down!
Y start seeds in your cloner with grodan or you let them germ before putting them into the grodan block? Got some blocks here and like to make a little cloner like yours, want to start seeds in them as well. Food and drain right?
Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Thanks my new bestest friend

I tried dropping them in the hydroton alone but results varied

Seriously though I’ve found unbleached towels to germinate in, this time after a peroxide soak (bilber), to be cost effective and easier to handle.
When they get a tail they go to rock wool which sits about a 1/4 below flood level. Flood 8 x’s daily for 30 minutes. Cloner and veg share a resv. at about 350ppm

If I can help any way just ask

When Skywalker went down it left a whole in flower. There should be a plant at 1 week flower but that tray is empty, and it’s killing me. I have all ways said I’m a little ocd but the kids say I’m full blown autistic. Is wanting things in a nice neat order so wrong? I think not
Time for a gummy

Hehe thank you my friend
Been watching your work for years.

My common way was to let the seeds soak for ~24h in water then plant them in Coco, also tried another technique recently where I let them sit in a cup of water(in darkness) until they formed the desired taproot then transplant. The seeds have to swim on top, if they drop they're maybe bummers, take em out directly and transplant, without oxygen they will rot.
Both techniques work but the swimming technique had better results.
There is still room for improvements so I bought some grodan blocks to try them for seeds and clones.

I ain't got a flood to drain system but I would try without it. I know it's not the best idea, but maybe it works.
When they're in a good seedling stage I would transplant em into Coco.

I’ve not ran in the big blocks alone, found hydroton and built the system around it. Get past the initial shock of washing and reusing your grow medium and hydroton will not be that intimidating. I bought all these rocks in 2021 and will be running them for several more years.
Hint- rocks and roots separate real easily when dry
Flood and drain is nothing more than a pump on a timer with this connecting 2 containers https://a.co/d/08vtPKDY

Same to me, just bought the small oned, not yet there to try the biggies and without an automatic system, it's not an option for me.
Been using hydroton for a while, just not in quantitys you're needing
I can hand wash them, works good so far.
Put my Coco into an air tight container and re use them every time. Last batch mixed with peat which I dislike so it will get dumped outside. Pure coco coir is my way to go.
Good to know, thought about how to get the grow block out of the tray without loosing most of the roots due to sticking to the hydroton.

Sweet I will look into it. But will try testers first without it, if they rot or sth. bad happens i will get a pump and those connectors thank you!

Pulled the jewelers loupe out and couldn’t get a decent look of Candy Rain. Took a cutting to the scope and came up with these.

This weeks cooking with cannabis we’ve got the basics, gummies and brownies. 2 levels for the gummies, rookie and old man dosages. Pick what suits you, old man dose has cured rosin. That’s about the prettiest puck that I’ve made, it’s an ounce of heaven!
