The plant is already in flower so worst case scenario it will roughly triple in height but with the scrog you should be able to mitigate some of that. Just going by the picture it looks like you would have enough room but it might be close. The container I linked is even lower than the 3 gallon if you are worried, once you tuck some more of those branches you will have more room too.

I got prolly another 8 inches I can go up and I don’t mind the colas growing right up to about 6 inches from the light which should give me about 12 inches i can stretch before it becomes too worrisome lol

Lights are currently 8 inches away from my tops, and I can get about 2 inches closer before I have to move my lights back again

As you can see I turned my lights to be lengthwise with the tent, this gives me a much better coverage across the whole plant since she is so god damn wide, I will try to get a pic of the buds that are starting up
Today is day 10 of the flip and I am going to up my light schedule to a 13/11 this will absolutely take a bit longer to get her finished but yield more and actually be a bit more potent from my readings she will produce more thc.

She got her 3 week cut early since we hit flowering so fast, she was ready, now to cut minimally and see what happens
