I eat hamburgers, pizza, lots of fast food & high fat foods. I eat breakfast, break, lunch, after lunch, dinner, after dinner, snacks etc .
I literally can't eat anymore without bursting my stomach each day. One day for lunch last week I ate 2 footlong subs lol. When I was a bachelor I ate fast food only for 5 years straight. Never broke 165lbs.
I'm 6'2" still having a hard time breaking 160 lol. Just 25lbs more to gain to get back to pre surgery weight. Feels impossible.
I don't think I'm a good representation of an American.
Unless it's the older world version that had a strong work ethic.

But for the few who recognize the positive aspects of the harder path.
They are rewarded in life and remembered for it.
While the hacks just get discarded and forgotten.

I actually work at work... if i sat at my desk all day at school i would get fat... but i paint houses too... that keeps the fat away.
