I'm not sure if this is relevant but boxes and trays are typically build with an inset lip so you can almost snap the screen over it. Palm and mechanical grinders are usually lip up and opposite.GNick55, I am very new to this, I do have cheap screens and produced a little dust when I worked some product year before last. Medical issues stopped me this last year, but I am going to (again) play with my screens this winter season.
I was wondering why you use your screens with the lips facing down? I was using my screens with the lips up (like you use your first screen), and have risers on holding up the bottom screen from the table top.
Just seems that things falling through the layers would have the edges of the screen to hold it in and not have a edge that you would need to be careful of not carding over when working the material.
I think it’s just a matter of personal preference! I do it like you do also! Lips up and prop up the bottom screen! It would be easier to get the material off of the screens without the lip in the way! Maybe he’s got a reason for doing it the way he does!GNick55, I am very new to this, I do have cheap screens and produced a little dust when I worked some product year before last. I hear ya brother. Do you want a Cuban Blood Haze male?Nick..u ever just put the sift that's dirty, what u consider not smokable into ISO, then thru a coffee filter to make hash oil. Or just trash it.
I believe I'm buying screens for this falls harvest, should all go well this grow. Don't like wasting a resource, if it's possible.
I have no way to keep it separated yet, or are u meaning pollen.I hear ya brother. Do you want a Cuban Blood Haze male?
Beautiful job! It’s hard to get it any more pure than with static cleaning! Damn global warming! I remember back in the day when I could pull that off! Lol!hot bottle pressing the 149 micron and hand working,.,

I have 4 in little pots....it is so root bound...so as long as I keep it in a small pot. But dude I have a half gallon of pollen.I have no way to keep it separated yet, or are u meaning pollen.
I might be able to raise one on a window sill in my spare bedroom, long enough to gain pollen, but not sure if it'll work. (Additional lights may be needed )
I'd have to start from seed around mid April. It's too cold in that room during winter.
I'd be interested in that. Does it work well with feminized seed plants, for production of seed. I'm possibly germing Afghan, Runtz and Hinu Kush this year. Might make some cool seeds with it, if possible.I have 4 in little pots....it is so root bound...so as long as I keep it in a small pot. But dude I have a half gallon of pollen.
