Drying in the Pot. Good? Bad?

I am drying my amnesia in the fabric pot Rootball and all. In a dark cool place. Will I succeed in slow drying for 14+ days? It stays between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and 40-60 humidity. For some reason most of my last grows have cured and all smell similar to sour pineapple. No matter the strain. Weird Huh? I always used fox farm trio. Maybe that left a taste and smell to the bud or maybe my old drying method sucked.

How did it turn out if attempted? Im a week away on my 2nd grow. The first one smelled similar to what you experienced. Thx

I dry in the pot. Day 4 - 8 - 12 and harvest Day 18.
