Dried at 80° a couple weeks ago and…wasn’t satisfied. Mom’s basement has cooled to the low 70’s now but i set a block of ice in an omaha steak container and its around60° and 60% humidity, generally considered ideal. Using my certified registered trademark dry-by-weight method, we shall see

Ya, it suck's growing these beauties then fking them up by drying too fast or & with too low RH.....I've a bag of fluff from a couple of plants that dried too quick this summer....Don't know how my font changed? .......I 'll add a fresh leaf to it to give back some moisture if I get around to smoking it. It helps smooth out the smoke but I'll most likely cook with it.......I need a 62F x 62%rh ventilated drying box....Come on you young wizz bangs cook one up I'll buy one......at the right price of course....

The plant that dried at 80+ is curing fine at 62% in the jar, just slightly fluffy and i think its from the quicker dry time, like 6 days.
Air flow is a hepa blowing across the ceiling, angled the cooler a bit to increase airflow. Basement is a solid 60% rh, slightly higher near the buds.

Fail. Too many variables. Buds are only showing 6° difference when i lowered the humidity. Maybe another time🧐

3x3 grow tent, a dehumidifier or humidifier as needed, ac infinity exhaust on a controller, and a window ac in the lung room window, if that’s possible in your case. I just hit those numbers doing it as I described. Buds are now in grove bags in second week of their cure. What I didn’t bag to smoke while waiting for cure has been very nice. I think drying south of 70 degrees really goes a long way to terpene preservation. Looking forward to that cured bud in a couple more weeks.
