It might aswell be a kelp concentrate, would you mind telling me the name and the brand so I can do some digging for you? But yes, kelp liquids and kelp meal do have hormones, just not as much as a concentrate, but yours might be a concentrate. For help with seedlings so they dont get behind you can check my post for rooting hormones if you like

Do it yourself (DIY) lentil root booster

Hello I was preparing my germinated lenti root booster as I do every time for my seedlings and I decided to share with you guys how I do it. This is nothing new but something that many might not know, I didnt invent this. Now lets begin, first, what are auxins...

The most reliable method I know to DYI rooting hormone is the banana slurry. Soak a peal overnight in a cup of water then blenderize, stain, and apply to plants.

Banana peel tea is one of my favorite DIY but I use it with my ferts during flower for extra potassium and suggars mostly. For rooting is better to use germinated seeds or legums concentrate (ideally lentils since other legums release more gases when you do the method). As for growing and rooting, I didnt know banana peels had enough hormones to make a difference, thats cool! Just be careful which bananas you buy, if you buy the south american imported ones the peels are full or pesticides and even preservatives sometimes (I know thats true with certain apples, when they store them for shipping they spray them with preservatives).

Excelent! They also claim to use a method that preserves the qualities better than their rivals so there you go, its full of hormones for your plants, great!
Im guessing they use the same method of applying cold and then heat like hemplex does. That gives you a good concentrate that barely smells. If yours barely smells its probably done with the same method. Usually kelp is kinda smelly and can ferment (still can be used) and smell even more.
EDIT: Yup they use the same method of cold pressing then applying heat, and cold again, etc... They say they use a pressing method but they dont wanna specify more than that. Anyway thats how hemplex is done aswell. Kelp liquids are usually dark brown, dark green or black and thick, yours is probably a lighter color, not very thick and barely smells, am I right? Hemplex is green but more like light green, not thick at all, no smell.

I just built a pretty inexpensive cloner for maybe 40-50$ with my old man. Finished it yesterday and took cuttings today. We'll see how it works out!
