I'm in good shape, despite two spinal surgeries, abdominal surgery, a fractured shoulder blade, and 22 years of smoking experience.I try to restrain myself, run as slowly as possible. And I finish training earlier than I would like, I know the most difficult things are ahead.Cannabis has never bothered me to practice, and I ran a stoned half marathon in 1.20 or a little more, but that was a long time ago.I forgot the kidney surgery, but it doesn't change the picture)
