Central air went out and with it being memorial day I can't get parts. are these two capacitors compatible? What damage would it potentially cause if i tried to swap my central airs capacitor with this one?

It could blowup, or cause a overload on the motor.
I think that’s a different kind you have.
The old one is a 35uf and the new one Is a 45MFD.
One is a UF the other is a MF.

hum for a second then stops. tried to push start it, used contact cleaner on everything including taking the motor apart. motor gets hot but blades dont spin. when pushed blades move freely. did get it to move at an ultra slow rpm with a kick start but that's about it.

Yep, if it hums and free spins then it is your capacitator.
